Dallas Metropolis

Didn't think there was a thread fitting for this, so starting a new one. Former CompuCon Systems/EDS campus in North Dallas at Forest Ln & 75 to be turned into single family homes, townhomes, and condos by, yep, Centurion American.

Interesting to see some potential higher density residential here... Wonder what "condos" equates to... Condo towers?
Also, anyone know anything about Lakeside Square? It's been years since there was any news regarding that building. Imagine if things take off in this area (SW corner of 75 & 635) before Midtown gets going.

I used to work at CompuCom there years ago, when the golf course was converted into the current neighborhood. A denser neighborhood center with retail and condos would be great there.
