Does anyone know about the old office building at Cole & Vine. I drove by it today and entire property is fenced off and there are rezoning signs up.

The site looks plenty big enough for another luxury apartment project.

With the Quadrangle development and others nearby I would expect (hope) some kind of residential tower here.

Looks like work happening here by Stream development and Je Dunn construction. I can't find out what this project is on this lot.

American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology is replacing its existing office building.
