Nice! I wish there were bike rentals on the trail. maybe that's something we will see.

The website says RBM will offer rentals. And that Local Press + Brews will have a spot on Houston open to the public. I was not expecting any retail here--this is very promising.

For a building that had half of the forum scared to death, I'd say it didn't turn out too bad :lol:

Very excited to see what's to happen with the surface parking lot, and Little Mexico.

It's too bad they didn't make more extensive use of brick up the building, rather than all that painted concrete. Still, it's better than the stucco behemoth it could have been!

Haha.. I almost forgot about that. I agree, it turned out alright. Not the best building, but also far from the worst.

Really surprised that they put the pool on the ground level. For a high rise with a view like that, I would have figured it would have a swanky deck pool like the other buildings in VP. Residents won't like that the building will block the sun every summer afternoon :)

Looks like Richardson Bike Mart is going to be on the northern corner of the building, with a ramp to the Katy Trail across the street from it.
