Thanks for your update photos.

I notice in this newest one, the twin yellow brick apartment buildings are gone (see middle of photo top). This is to become a mid-rise, donut style resi building by Kairoi Residential (the current owners of Nove at Knox and many others). Will look for plans, but Knox District continues to turn the dirt.

Regarding the Kairoi Residential development, sadly the large trees on that site were removed. But I understand it would be incredibly challenging to build around them given their central location on the plot.
