Well, Dallas has a new steakhouse in this building. I have not been yet, I am waiting for my stimulus check.

Great "review"! Here's the takeaway:

"Also: Please don’t go. The list of Nusr-Et locations is a list of places around the world where it is especially easy to part fools from their money. Dallas makes perfect sense for them. We’re in the middle of a pandemic that threatens to destroy every small, locally owned business we love. We could support them, or spend $19 on a potato. "

I was already a bit annoyed by the Salt Bae over-the-top salted-forearm drama InstaTokTwitBook guy that even Ramsey was like what (huh, donut?) and then I saw a TikTok video last week about this new place in Dallas by a restaurant guest because it apparently fell into my feed algorithm. And, I really wanted to pretend it didn't happen, but, I did send it to Blaskovich since she wrote an article about the opening. I wonder if Perry's regular steadfast Friday pork chop day does better than this new place after it settles in for a ride.
