Arizona Diamondbacks new stadium woes

Apparently the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team wants out of their stadium lease because the building built in 1998 is falling apart. The negotiations about repairs and upgrades "got to the point that former County Supervisor Andy Kunasek allegedly told team owner Ken Kendrick to “take your stupid baseball team and get out” as I guess the government of Maricopa County is less desperate than those in Arlington.

I say Dallas should put in a bid just for a laugh.
