The city of Frisco wants to buy a 300-acre tract at the NW corner of Preston/Eldorado Pkwy. 'Sports fields' are mentioned, but no specifics (baseball diamonds, soccer fields, etc?) are really given. It sounds like the city wants to go big into hosting various sports tournaments, while also wanting to have a really good amount of green space.
