Yet another road project plan. TxDOT is looking to improve:
* I-820 south of Meadowbrook
* I-20 from Forest Hill to Kelly-Elliott
* US 287 SE to Sublett Road

Work would start sometime in 2022 or after. A public meeting will be at Dunbar HS in Fort Worth on July 19.

TxDOT is now calling this project the "Southeast Connector". It looks like there may be more right-of-way needed, with several properties in the area possibly being affected.

The Southeast Connector project finally broke ground this week. It is now projected to be complete by 2027.
