Can anyone shed some light on why there is a temporary traffic signal still here almost two years after the tornado? I’m not being sarcastic, I’m genuinely curious since I don’t know much about traffic engineering. Other much larger projects have been completed and the city has removed and replaced several signals around the city because of age over this time. This is at Midway and Killion.
