Personally, I believe the stretch running from 121 to 75 will be filled with office and mixed use developments. Suburbs are in. Saw this, and happy about the townhomes, but wow, those towers look terrible, and I'm a huge proponent for height/verticality, especially in Plano. I guess it's partially the render, but the layout too, damn. Why not sprinkle the towers throughout? This row looks beyond trash. Ugh.
