The temp Lululemon has closed and construction boards are up... will see what's going in there (maybe Allsaints). I imagine the renovated Lululemon will open before the holiday rush. Also, Claire's is open, it's a small space, but good to see some life in that section of the upper level again.

Lululemon is moving into the space that was vacated next to J. Crew. It's pretty close to opening if it hasn't already.
The old watches space will be home to a new Vuori store.

I'd much rather have a residential building on that lot than an office building. I wish the color and height was a little different though. It's very similar to the 23 across the street. Rumor on the street is The House condos will re-paint it's exterior. Maybe they will go with the color scheme ori...

They also do leasing for Knox District and I think some other areas of Dallas and they are good at bringing trendy brands that fit the character of the neighborhoods. I can't imagine KC will have something on the level of HP Village, but I do think you all will see more stores unique to the area.

NorthPark always had some type of candy store and when Sugarfina closed, it hasn't had that offering and I think this works for the center. The Galleria in Houston has one, Michigan Ave in Chicago, Lenox Square in Atlanta and so on.
