Hill House was announced. I never heard of this brand before but seems very nice to have another homegoods store here. Forever 21 is just remodeling. Mango is going into level 1 by Hollister. Oakley and WHBM are relocating from their current spots. Zara seems to be taking those spots and the others on that side of the Nordstrom corridor in the upper level.

They are working on rebuilding the frontage roads out there now, then they will widen the freeway.

It’s the beginning of the year. Lots of leases are up. NorthPark is notorious for shifting around stores and bringing in new ones. The old building next to the Alamo Manhattan offices is being torn down now. I assume this will be part of the project site. If/when the AM offices are demoed, then we should see this tower go up.

I think it also has to do with NorthPark always wanting to shuffle stores around and some brands lose out. Diesel was a victim of this and eventually came back.

Interesting choice as Eataly has a lot of options to eat onsite and then we have Maggiano's. Hopefully the new pizza concept will have the option for a quick slick of pizza.
