I am very excited for this tower! I do like the W but I feel like the W has the "King" of uptown for too long now, its time for another tower to take the title.

I hope I'm wrong, but I have a suspicion we're about to get "Blue Ciel'd" on this one. Sorry, just to making sure.. What exactly do you mean by "Blue Ciel'd"? Like not as pretty as renderings? not selling like hot cakes? LOL Don't get me wrong anyone, I like Bleu Ciel.. its tall.

Probably what you are seeing is the base which is where the artist lofts are located. The tower portion is the only way the project can really financially work. The developer can not afford to just build a few affordable artist lofts on a pricey site in the Arts District so yes the tower is very mu...

Well.. At least the project is not dead! The project still remains the full tower? I keep seeing a tiny 6 or 7 story building in some renderings and that makes me nervous..

That second level garage floors look tiny compared to the first lobby floor.
