This is a significant change for this area, I happened past this area recently and noticed some other smaller abandoned one story buildings also gone so maybe redevelopment momentum is taking hold. I assume the biotech hub is helping to push that along.

KWP is the gift that keeps on giving, and also a curse. Interesting to watch, and actually Uptown is having a really good run right now. Downtown, not so much. I think when I first came to Dallas the downtown vacancy rate was 40%, guess we are back there again.

Personally, the last two on that list are the most attractive and innovative. Course they are also the most recent so they have the benefit of seeing what else is out there and building something better. I don't think AT&T is hideous and it does have some great features but it isn't my favorite ...

Thermomix is rumored to be going to West Village area which I would assume is the empty (Richards Group) building.
