If uber does open up an office at the Epic, I hope they build a platform on whatever building they build. I think that's what the new buildings will be adding as an amenity. Would be cool to see that in phase 2.

* Discover District - I hope the architecture is bold and iconic

I drove by yesterday and it looks like they’re starting to remodel the entrance. It’s all blocked off now. There’s some picture at the parking garage. Anyone know what all is getting done?

What are they doing to the intersection of Elm and Harwood st? It's close to this but I see the sidewalks being expanded but don't know if there's something more to it than just wider sidewalks.

Drove by today and they tore down the liquor store along Ross. I know we shouldn't be too optimistic about this project.

This project is never consistent. They have people working on it one day and the next few days nobody is on site. I don't understand that. No wonder this project is taking forever! Are they short on labor or something? Anyone have any info as to why the crew is seldom there?

Across the street from the Gabriella is another worksite at Texas and Live Oak. The contractor is SunTech. I was looking on their website and I couldn't find anything. They do retail sites and standalone CVS stores. Anyone know how to find out whats being built on that site?

There's been some activity at the old vertigo salon on main street. I haven't seen any signs go up. It's been getting cleaned out. Hopefully this is good news and they have a new retailer.

This is something the downtown Dallas core has always wanted. A stadium that could host more than its intended sport.
