I wonder when the central Dallas market stock will mature in to something that allows families to stay in walkable neighborhoods. That will change the area from SMU Greek Row 2.0 to an actual living neighborhood. But I suppose a lot of that is riding on DISD fixing itself first.

Agreed. It makes me happy to see that Addison is doing well. It could have gone the other way, being in a vacuum between Downtown and Plano/Frisco. Nice stuff, recently stayed at the Moxy hotel in Berlin, very similar experience to an ALOFT hotel. Would be cool to see what happens with the river walk in the design district. Would be even better if they could tie it in with the Trinity project as well.

It appears that someone deleted multiple layers, removing most of the data we had compiled. I will regularly save backups of the map, but we would need together as a forum to recompile most of the sites.
