Also prefer they don't mandate brick. This isn't Coppell. Don't see the issue here as long as they make it walkable.

LOL @ Coppell, I just don't want to see an Elan City Lights go up in the main entertainment area.

Re: Legacy West

There is no way that interchange doesn't get far busier in the next 5 years. Re: Comprehensive Dallas Development Map / List

Waxahachie is closer to Dallas than places like McKinney. While not dense, there is continuous development along I-35E all the way to Waxahachie. I personally know people there that commute into Dallas.

US75 and 190 is the only congested section in Collin County to make the top 100 in TX worst even given TXDoT's questionable m...

Re: Dallas community on how Trump presidency will impact business

Certainly a positive spin, but would flooding the market with more oil be a good thing at this point? Also, no mention of NAFTA and TPP. How would altering such agreement affect Texas?

They could do all of those things with their current facility. They don't want to. The Braves made them...................brave.

Re: Design District: Dallas Mavs Practice Facility

Reunion would have been great, cut in half and taking the role of a Verizon type venue and even the smaller sports venue that the Convention Center arena is currently taking on.
