That one at white rock could be the best. West village need thousands more apartments. Put the trolley turnstile at target on the other side of the highway, residential there helps west village, too. Trolley barn at Fair Park for next rail extension.

It's okay to commute to Las colinas or Plano while living downtown. Even makes downtown an easier place to live. The train is almost an option.

If it's just for connecting flights, which would be a logistical wetdream for America airlines, this extension is ideal. Banking flights is too profitable to give up so build the terminal to make it easier for the customer. Won't lower the price for locals.

^is there any indication that these garages are being built to allow conversion to some other use in the future? Especially in the more expensive buildings, some of the garage space might be need conversion to storage or even additional dwellings.
