I think Ross having access to Henderson, Lowest Greenville, Lakewood and Downtown as well as close proximity to Deep Ellum is enough local entertainment. It will be nice to see the street evolve into a more urban and pedestrian friendly area.

Dallas goes through proposal booms and out of those booms, we end up with some of the developments. The market is changing now and Dallas developers are never in a big rush to get things built.

Is anyone else surprised at the height? I live nearby and this is squarely in Love Field's flightpath. They asked the FAA for 528'. The FAA Determination allows them to go to 477'.
