I really like the attempts to build up DART. But sunbelt cities don’t compete on the transit. They are built for cars and Dallas especially. According to Dallas Observer, the reason the Foxworthy show is cancelled is because the Houston counterpart was cancelled and canceling this one is "out of respect." Anyway, wasn't that supposed to happen after Dave Chappelle on the 31st? I still can't see them delivering by that date.

Technically, the proposed building is "in the middle of things". It's close to Victory Park, across from Uptown, down the street from the Arts Distict and Klyde Warren Park. I can't think of a better location. And let's not forget the large millennial population in the surrounding area......
