Curious to know why some think Knox is such a cool retail street. Besides Apple, Lululemon, Sur La Table and Stag Provisions and some furniture stores I that’s all there really is. I'm hearing that Scotch & Soda is joining NorthPark this year. With Warby Parker, AG, Shinola, Rodd & Gunn, Zara, Sam Edelman and now Scotch & Soda this is a cool line up near Apple. All good additions.

Also hearing good additions in the luxury area are in the works.

I am 99.9% sure they choose NorthPark over waiting for a permanent space on Knox because Outdoor Voices will do at least twice the sales and be exposed to way more people from DFW. It's a no brainer...
