2811MapleTower.jpg The depth of the hole for this tower probably corresponds to the number of underground parking levels this development requires. Since the tower is 31-stories tall, I'd imagine they'll need a lot of parking for residences and guests. Was this meant to be in the 2811 Maple thread?

Just wanted to share a quick funny item I just noticed on the developer's website regarding this project. They claim it will include the "only Four Seasons in Texas". Even in developer-speak, that's quite a stretch. (There are Four Seasons hotels in both Austin and Houston.)
