Any plan that doesn't at least allow for doubling the Nature and Science Museum would be a mistake in my opinion. The worst mistake IMO would be a failure to connect Victory Plaza to the museum. Hotel is by far the best use because it requires the least amount of parking. I'm not even sure why anyone thought office was a good idea when you have to compete with Plano and Frisco parking ratios.
