Some workers showed up this morning to begin preparing for the demolition. They used sledge hammers to knock down some brick work around the entrance to the garage. Then they went into the building to work. No big machines or dump trucks yet.

The Cafe Express and a nail salon soon to open in this building set up tables on the sidewalk today to hand out ads and coffee samples.

There are no public restrooms or snack machines in Cityplace Station.
Downtown Irving, Addison, Arapaho,and Ledbetter have restrooms and snack machines. I am not sure about Parker Road.

They seem to be pouring a floor (columns and floor) every week to ten days. I expect it to top out in Oct.
The rendering on the banner on the fence shows the top 'floor' to have a smaller area. This may be mechanical space. A smaller floor will indicate that they are finishing the structure.

We have a mystery here. For several weeks construction work has pretty much stopped. Recently the rent-a-fence was taken down and hauled away leaving only wooden barricades at the driveways.
What we now have is a 90% completed steel framework with some wallboard and possibly no tenant.

I agree now that this is not the hotel site or project. We should soon know what it is. A rent-a-fence is now erected around the lot but there no new signage showing what is coming. Looks like they are building a condo building on that lot. Be interesting to see how tall it is. Crescent Collections...

This project finally got its fourth tower crane. It is near the Woodall Rodgers/Olive corner and will be used for the mid-rise part of the residential building. It is much shorter than the other three and kinda cute.

In the last half of March there were some electrical contractors working in the building. The only change I noted was refrigerated displays were no longer lit up.
After the electricians were gone, some pickups from an auctioneer company were parked there for a few days.

When you posted this queston in early January, they were pouring the 14th floor. Now the 15th floor is finished, the support piers and form for the 16th floor is ready and the 16th floor will be poured this week.
