After seeing this over the weekend the glass looks very dark. Maybe it will change when more glass gets placed but for the moment it appears to be more grey than I was expecting.

I'm becoming less satisfied with Steve Brown's writing. He seems to omit at least a few important details in every article, without fail. I liken it to my dog peeing on a fire hydrant. The name seems to mean more in California, he makes a big play in Dallas, invests a bunch of money and names it after himself. He's marking his territory.
