After seeing this over the weekend the glass looks very dark. Maybe it will change when more glass gets placed but for the moment it appears to be more grey than I was expecting.

Looks like this has topped out.

They could call it Black Tower with Stripes for all I care I am just happy it's being turned into a giant mixed use tower. Can't wait to see how it all works out.

Maybe they will get something else that is not Starbucks. A little variety wouldn't hurt.

I like this building, height, size, placement on the skyline and it looks like it is going to be very popular but it doesn't seem to be as blue as I would have thought.

I guess my standard would be the Mixmaster and if Legacy is as bad as that. I don't think that's the case yet but I don't see it at rush hour.

I liken it to my dog peeing on a fire hydrant. The name seems to mean more in California, he makes a big play in Dallas, invests a bunch of money and names it after himself. He's marking his territory.
