Why is it that everyone seems so shocked by a garage being added in the base. In Chicago either all or most new buildings have garages and even if they don't they usually have contracts with garages in other buildings because most people only ride the train for convenience and to save money. After seeing this over the weekend the glass looks very dark. Maybe it will change when more glass gets placed but for the moment it appears to be more grey than I was expecting.

^Me too, I wonder how long it will be until that happens. I guess they would need to be up and running, prove it makes money and then start? Or are they so confident in their model that they could at least start planning. That I-35 corridor needs help.

I'm becoming less satisfied with Steve Brown's writing. He seems to omit at least a few important details in every article, without fail. Lately he hasn't been reporting expected completion dates for projects, and it drives me wild. Just for what it's worth I usually find DBJ a more complete source...

I like this building, height, size, placement on the skyline and it looks like it is going to be very popular but it doesn't seem to be as blue as I would have thought.

I liken it to my dog peeing on a fire hydrant. The name seems to mean more in California, he makes a big play in Dallas, invests a bunch of money and names it after himself. He's marking his territory.
