Cool, thanks for your post. Haven’t seen this before and don’t personally like its tollway glass box design or find its minor angles worthwhile, but I count 20 floors of office over about a 6 floor podium — 7 if the lobby loggia is double height.

My opinion: they seem to be legitimately interested in becoming a 'university' and not just a fancy engineering trade school. I recall in the background of the song "Hey Now" the local water tower was visible. It didn't look like the name printed was Plano or Red Oak but I never quite caught it. Wonder what mall they shot the fashion show scene in. Nowadays that would be in an outdoor lifestyle center.

Dallas needs to make Goldman Sachs an offer they can't refuse otherwise we will just keep on loosing the big fish to the Burbs as we have for so many years. The problem is workforce, they love to be close to easy access to finance people and now thats become Westlake or pretty much that whole area....
