I have heard that talks between Toyota, Chase and maybe Liberty Mutual have started to discuss transportation which could include shuttles to Parker Rd redline station and a bus system for the immediate area (Legacy West offices and retailers).

I sure do like that McKinney Ave does not run in a straight line from DT to WV. It creates opportunities for more interesting architecture than just square boxes due to the odd lot shapes.

That Melrose deal needs to be for a parking garage! Agreed if the garage has ground level retail facing Cedar Springs and uses the rooftop for a pool. I thought they needed meeting space too. The current location at 4510 McKinney Ave has the windows covered with signs up that say coming January 2017 'FOR HOME...FORTY FIVE TEN...THE BEST OF DALLAS DESIGN'.
