This deck park is NOT what was promised (or at the very least implied). The idea was to have Community Usable space and provide integration to the Cedars through the Deck Park. This Deck Park is nothing but a small lawn for Convention Goers. This is neither practical or beneficial for the community.

Dallas feels safe to me. But I will say Dallas has to do better enforcing loitering. Especially near the Library. Why would they just allow the homeless to congregate there. How does that promote usage of the library to begin with? Insane.

Went to the ACC for a Mavs game and saw this building on street level. The LEDS look cheap in person. They're akin to the cheap LED strips they placed in frog alley West End Arches.

Here's a photo from the summer of 22 Deluge. Quality is crappy. But taken from a similar vantage point. Sylvan road (bridge?) to be exact. May be the best view of city from any bridge..
