Lots of quality investment happening near Main Street Garden now-- 4 new hotels, 3 new residential developments, the law school, the Morning News. This should be a great location for Fireside Pies. I even saw a new incarnation of the Rio Room on Commerce. We should see more good restaurants soon.

The completion of the garage conversion was coming along nicely, but they stopped short of glassing in the new retail. Instead they have erected plywood fronts and painted them white.
