There's a bar or restaurant space at the base of 1910 Pacific (next to Corrigan Tower) that is close to being finished. The beer & wine permit application sign says "Cafe No Name" on it.

Today was the ribbon cutting and soft opening for the hotel and its first restaurant, Overeasy. You can see from the photo that the rooftop signage is almost ready.

I'm not concerned about the amount of hotels opening in the CBD. As stated before, demand is catching up especially in the mid-priced and budget range. Notice how it's mostly Mariott, Hampton Inn, Cambria (Choice Hotels), La Quinta and only one high-end hotel, The Statler.

Crews are finally working on the Trompo Taco space at Metropolitan. Also heard that Chipotle likely won’t reopen in the West End. If that’s the case, hopefully they’ll move to one of the new spaces on Ross Ave.
