Went to see the early showing of Lego movie 2 on Saturday. Work was being done at both the Green Gator and the other restaurant pad in the plaza. Things were more busy than normal when the movie got out, I supposed because of the Toni Braxton concert. Alamo, was as always, great.

We're there again tonight to see Aquaman. Like last night valet has given up business and the whole area is basically deserted, again. I will say there are 8 people in the Alamo bar which is a record for what we've seen.

That is definitely concerning... Both of those are pretty low rent run establishments. They may do something more upscale, but apparently there wasn't a long list of top tier interest to chose from.

Is it too much all at once? It's possible that there is not a sufficient population that fits the demographic to support this many places. It may take time, or it may never... the market will decide and the area will be leased in a way that fits the market demand. That could be what they're aiming ...
