I zoomed in and counted the taller tower. I basically counted 42 floors for the taller, which means the smaller would be about 30.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but pretty sure that Lincoln Property built 1900 Pearl as a Spec project. It's more than 90% leased. I believe The Link is also a spec project. I don't know if they've signed any tenants to date though.
