This rendering shows what a waste the proposed Lincoln site is to the south. Katy Trail and Turtle Creek equal tower, not donuts. But on the bright side, great DT views for Carlisle on the Creek residents!

Here are a couple of renderings. Will be a similar footprint to the existing office building coming down. However, this one should stretch from Travis to Buena Vista parallel to Fitzhugh, directly behind Clifton Club. Very nice to hear that this building will provide additional parking for the area....

Nice ace to have up your sleeve. Thank you for sharing! So the original rendering would fit this height diagram from a certain perspective. You only see the short side of the apartment tower. That’s definitely the rendering I would trot out for all the HP residents to see in the DMN!

I just don't see it in the cards. The Lemmon Ave parcel seems too small for a traditional store with an acre of parking.
