This is a significant change for this area, I happened past this area recently and noticed some other smaller abandoned one story buildings also gone so maybe redevelopment momentum is taking hold. I assume the biotech hub is helping to push that along.

This one actually turned out pretty nice! Impressed with the building, appreciate how they at least tried to enhance the outside of the parking garage, and the overall landscaping is pretty lush. KWP is the gift that keeps on giving, and also a curse. Interesting to watch, and actually Uptown is having a really good run right now. Downtown, not so much. I think when I first came to Dallas the downtown vacancy rate was 40%, guess we are back there again.
