Re: Uptown Dallas: One Uptown (~235 FT | 20 ST)
I love it. I noticed during the superbowl footage that downtown Houston looked dark with almost no lighting really dull could barely see it at night. I love Dallas skyline as it looks hopefully towards the future.

Re: Old McKinney Ave Contemporary: Now San Martin Cafe
Would rather have seen this incorporated into the bottom of denser developement including the next door lowrise property.

Re: Parking Garages
I thought there was a developer readying a 40 story apartment tower in that area which should enliven this part of downtown.

Re: Downtown Dallas: The Drever
Since this deal almost fell apart I don't care what they name it. This would have put a damper on Downtown if it had fallen through I am fine with The Drever.

Re: MATA: M-Line Trolley
I rode the new modern streetcar out of downtown to Bishop Arts a few weeks ago. I was glad to see how smooth and fast it was. Would love to see the MATA line and Bishop Arts line merged into one modern system connecting up to Knox. Would really change the entire urban area.

Re: Arlington: Mass Transit
With all the taxpayer money they are using to pay for the stadiums I doubt we will see any mass transit in Arlington for a long while.

Re: Oak Lawn
I heard that the old Cafe Brazil space is up for lease out after they move. Is the Melrose deal to take that land over done or not. I would hate to see that old rickety space get released rather it get torn down.
