The lack of residential in The Star (aside from "we'll take your firstborn, please" Twelve Cowboys Way) really hurt this thing. I know there are numerous other issues, but the place is dead. Boardwalk at Granite Park (which has zero residential) is more vibrant.

If only some of these stroads could be put on a diet in these "urban" island areas... Add an on-street streetcar or something for some localized transit... Probably not feasible and know that's not the best solution, but man, these 4-6 lane roads are really keeping some of these developmen...
