They would at least need rolling carts and/or food trucks around. There really isn't that much to eat/drink close to where the park will be. Surely there are plans somewhat similar to Klyde as far as events/programming go.

It isn't worded well, but Live Oak is going away between St. Paul and Harwood. I don't know if there will be a media blitz or digital construction message boards or what for alerting drivers about the closure.
