They even re-applied to update with the FAA something like 15 points of various heights for the property, way more than usually necessary. The FAA is actually just fine with you telling them 4 corners are the same max height (and tell them about crane height and how many, red lights atop and so on) ...

Before it gets lost, the only point to be made about Jersey City is that GS is involved with a ~1900+ unit residential development next to it's offices there. Just find that interesting. Does that span even cover the length including the service roads? I'm thinking that only covers the bare minimum to cross the NCX main lanes and it sits on the existing supports on both sides closest to the highway and then the crews fill in the blanks over both service road sides.
