The city spent decades trying to make downtown comfortable for suburban office workers, now the city will have to make the whole downtown area comfortable for the people living there.

Developers want office and hotel since they make more money than residential, but builders need to build. Maybe it's good that there's a soft office construction market, build the dwellings!

Taking the "signature park" out of the floodway is the best thing that could have happened. It needs to be accessible wilderness.

All wood street parking lots should be converted to mid and highrise residential, not too much retail. Keep the street resident focused.

The focus of rewilding the Trinity floodway should be water quality improvement. Half the state's population gets drinking water from this river, so it should be the cleanest river in the state.

It'll be interesting to see the pricing on the 4119 u/c units as they become available. The negative absorption is probably from general overpricing, which need continued correction.
