By my count, we have about 20 residential buildings in or abutting VP. The owners are on the right track with neighborhood retail. It should succeed here.

What an improvement. The blank back wall significantly detracts from the building, and I would say including its value, given its visibility from I-345. Another mural, or even a giant iPhone ad, would make a big difference.
