No. I am not. But I'll tell you what, don't anticipate many more projects. The market is going to experience a major correction. We are over supplied and cheaply built. And the costs of rent is waaaaay over valued.

I actually believe Corpus Christi is the top contender for next boom town. The large seaport is currently under construction there.

Gross. This tower is way too generic for such a location. This is prime real estate that deserves something of great character, less glass, more charm, and more distinction. Dallas has been overwhelmed by generic glass towers. Needless to say, not a fan of this.

There must be some sort of initiative by the citizens to force the city and developers to build exclusively brick and mortar buildings of similar architectural aesthetic as the buildings here. No stucco and no glass facades. I think we've had enough glass and stucco a city can take.

What it boils down to is simply this:

We have a massive influx of people moving to the metro by the day. Our freeways are congested. We have painfully limited transit that is inefficient. People really like their cars. Widening the freeway is inevitable. But it's a temporary fix.

I like this version better than the tripple A battery. Nonetheless, the design is nothing exciting. Generic at best. Glassy and blase at worst. But it's still much better than the Foster battery.

That's very short sighted thinking. I'm thinking in the long term. Parking garages and more people is only going to create monolithic traffic congestion which will gridlock the streets. 75 is already a parking lot during rush hour.

I wouldn't keep your hopes up too high. The current housing market is screeching to a hard slow. Even major media publications are talking about how DFW is the epicenter for a housing slowdown. I've even heard talks of a looming crash.
