Honestly, the new architectural detailing at the base of this building does not fit it at all and looks absolutely terrible. This building was mutilated by additions that will be removed in 15 years.

I like how this project is situated between two buildings and doesn't take up an entire block. I'd personally like to see more developments that are built this way. It adds a nice touch of aesthetic cohesion.
