Drove by this last night, looks like they just finished off another floor. Building looks great and starting to make an impact as you drive by on the skyline..

klyde warren park is the best thing downtown/uptown and dallas proper has done in the last 20 years.. complete game changer, hopefully they will make it a little bigger and bridge the gap to the perot museum.

Big weekend tonight for DE, looks like Ruins the new bar in the old Luscher's spot is opening, as well as Warstic opening a temporary shop and the Deep Ellum hostel opening as well on elm st. Combine that with two sold out Jack White shows, excited weekend over in that neighborhood

Bummer that this will block the w hotel which i think is a beautiful building.. its cool this and amli fountain place are being constructed to add to the skyline, its just stinks they are going to block two amazing buildings.

Was actually out in DE saturday night after the usa soccer game and it was absolutely packed on all three streets.. when bomb factory and deep ellum live reopens and have consistent concerts that should only increase when more people flood out of those venues.

I maybe in the minority but I think its looks pretty kick ass, the planners did a very worthy job of making it fit fountain place but not look like the exact same thing.

Thats the last design i saw so i think that is the official rendering, but i could be behind on that.

This is great news for that side of downtown, even though I had high hopes AT&T would be the large new tenant for the perot skyscraper, i think i'm happier with this result.

Thats awesome if it gets passed.. for reference museum tower is 560' right? Also on the abandon lots, does the private family who had plans for the south asian museum still own the lots parallel to these lots? Whats the latest on that?
