^That seems like good news all around, right? IIRC, this development was started before all the momentum with the East Quarter/etc started rolling out. So maybe they decided to try to get a little more juice out of this site with what they had already started building?

Wow, that is interesting. I wonder how this ends up competing with the HSR project. One of the big selling points for HSR against a traditional airline is that you can just show up and get on. In theory, this airline would offer a similar no-TSA experience.

^Wow, yeah that would be pretty substantial. It will be interesting to see development geared toward UTD hop over Waterview on that side. Today, that seems like it would be quite the hike, but once the DART station and related TOD is complete, it may not seem like such a drastic distance.

It's interesting. I have a feeling that while parks like KWP and Main Street Garden have been catalysts for later development around them, the Trinity River Park may end up finally getting "built" if for no other reason than there's too much ancillary development to keep delaying it.
