Looks like The Gingerman is on the way out. A new restaurant called Tivona will be taking over the space. Could be that maybe The Gingerman will be moving into the old Ouzi space, as that space does have a LOI on it?? I think it would be missed if it closed all together.

I could be wrong, but I think Harwood IS the operator, much like they do with all their restaurants. I believe it's part of Harwood Hospitality.
