^yes, as I said, constitutional amendments will be required to correct the use of water flowing into and down the Red River, it shouldn't all belong to Oklahoma. Red River water does not all belong to Oklahoma. Texas is entitled to some of it per the Red River Compact. Thought it was 50%. Oh, well ...
