The Goldman Consolidation was split between Downtown and Richardson. The Richardson office consolidated many of the back office functions along with the new retail division. I believe Goldman still has a Private Wealth office in the Crescent.

I would say that the DFW Airport experience is already far far ahead of most airports in the country.

Working as a consultant I have seen my fair share of lounges and public waiting areas - and DFW in the majority of its terminals is definitely not behind.

Its already connected. We don't need to waste money on an intrusive and giant overpass that will look more like the mixmaster than a linear park. Dallas doesn't do pragmatic, it does over-the-top. That is tough hit for Fort Worth. Definitely not a cost saving move for Alcon to move to CH, but if the parent company is looking for geographic consolidation, there is not much the city can do.

This may sound odd, but I'd love to see a Royal Blue or a 7 Eleven go into that last big slot. It doesn't have to be all restaurants.
