Ironic how we are talking about traffic congestion and championing the fact that this building is adjacent to a DART station. If traffic and parking reach a critical level, then perhaps people will consider jumping in a train more often.

The Goldman Consolidation was split between Downtown and Richardson. The Richardson office consolidated many of the back office functions along with the new retail division. I believe Goldman still has a Private Wealth office in the Crescent.

I would say that the DFW Airport experience is already far far ahead of most airports in the country.

Its already connected. We don't need to waste money on an intrusive and giant overpass that will look more like the mixmaster than a linear park. Dallas doesn't do pragmatic, it does over-the-top. Take a look at our bridges. If this project get's a sponsor with the name Perot or Crowe it's happening.

This may sound odd, but I'd love to see a Royal Blue or a 7 Eleven go into that last big slot. It doesn't have to be all restaurants. Even a BCG employee can appreciate a convenience store that is open at 2 in the morning. Not sure if asset managers would ever like to see a 7-11 next to a Starbucks...
