Lots of parking lots around these towers that were once considered the first "suburban" towers outside of Dallas. It would be nice if they were able to repurpose the parking areas into high rise living space.

I don't mind the structure on the bridge as long as its just restaurant space or some kind of attraction. A parking garage isn't an attraction and quite honestly aren't they building enough of those in all the towers surrounding the park? Why can't they reach a deal with some of them?

379 million is a hefty price tag for this, I can start to understand the delay and it does sound like they are at least trying to make it work. Time will tell.

They have completed a ton of residential in the city with a lot of that still to come online. Maybe they just need to let it absorb a bit. There is also an uptick in multifam construction along the I-20 corridor, especially in Grand Prairie.

From what I understand there is a plan in place to connect Legacy West to the Shops over the top of the tollway. From Legacy West it should be easier to connect to all future development going west around JCP.

I don't know if anybody even noticed that this supplier park for GM is sitting on the now destroyed six flags mall site.
