OKC has a really nice riverwalk downtown that's surrounded by restaurants, hotels, residential and nightlife as well as the Ford Center(NBA arena).

Also prefer they don't mandate brick. This isn't Coppell. Don't see the issue here as long as they make it walkable.
LOL @ Coppell, I just don't want to see an Elan City Lights go up in the main entertainment area.

There is no way that interchange doesn't get far busier in the next 5 years. There is simply no nexus of office, retail and residential being built like this probably anywhere in the country in such concentration and at this pace. Waxahachie is closer to Dallas than places like McKinney. While not dense, there is continuous development along I-35E all the way to Waxahachie. I personally know people there that commute into Dallas.

You may perceive traffic to be bad in this area, but it's not near the tops of the list and even if it is for two hours a day, there's 22 other hours when it's pretty empty. US75 and 190 is the only congested section in Collin County to make the top 100 in TX worst even given TXDoT's questionable m...

Certainly a positive spin, but would flooding the market with more oil be a good thing at this point? Also, no mention of NAFTA and TPP. How would altering such agreement affect Texas?

Reunion would have been great, cut in half and taking the role of a Verizon type venue and even the smaller sports venue that the Convention Center arena is currently taking on.
