Like everyone else, I hope this succeeds. But one or two towers like this in an area that has yet to prove itself is very aggressive. I wonder what they see that everyone else is overlooking. Maybe lower land cost makes for an Uptown caliber tower at a lower price point?

Most good places start in Dallas and then open a location in Plano. These are the only guys who can start a place in Plano that is good enough to bring to Dallas.

Has anything been proposed for the last 4 blocks of surface parking on the north side of Elm street between Harwood and 345? With everything going on over there these 4 lots are really becoming the hole in the doughnut.
